Lately I’ve been trying to understand frame control better, and I found a guy who actually talks about it in depth. Most advice out there is lines or routines, but this really opened my eyes to how central frame control is.

He’s funny, direct, and covers a lot of ground. I haven’t gone through everything he’s put out, so I can’t say it’s all perfect, but on the subject of frame control specifically, this has been the most useful I’ve come across.
