Frame control and it’s unwritten rules

There is only one frame. The frame you are choosing to set at that moment. Either externally or internally.

If a boss frame comes up to me, that doesn't matter to me. It's his frame, and he has to maintain it. The difficulty of that depends on my frame, and how willing I am to maintain or adapt it.

The same is true with women. They have their frame, typically seduction and value. Or other things. And you have your frame. Whatever that is.

There is only two frames here. The underlying you are talking about doesn't exist, because to maintain a frame is to ignore the other person's frame. Sure you can be aware of it. But by adapting to it you are failing at maintaining your frame.

So when two people meet, the only thing underlying is the external supporting factors that enhance a frame. Like, money. Social status. Appearance, demeanor, ect.

I generally find it cumbersome to think in terms of frames. There's only what I want and what the other person wants, then it's a matter of whether it aligns or not. If not then it's a matter of whether either or both are willing to align or not.

I'm willing to adapt a little bit to others, but I do expect the same of others as well.

If my boss comes up to me and is wrong I will tell my boss he's wrong. A good leader will at least listen to feedback, a bad one won't. A good leader has a flexible frame, a bad one doesn't.

I do what my boss says within reason.
