A friend's GF wants to introduce me to a woman. I've seen pictures, she's pretty and seems interesting and I'm down for it.

Initially I was going to respond to my friend's text affirmatively and say she's pretty, seems to have good style, or something like that.

But then I thought, maybe I should not throw a compliment her way and just say that I would like that and start working on logistics. That seems in line with the idea of not being overly eager.

What do you think?

Edit: to be clear, I'm talking about getting an introduction for a date, not a hookup (necessarily). I felt it was relevant to seddit because even over text through my friend, I'm setting the frame by starting with a compliment vs saying simply, "sure I'd be happy to meet her for a drink."
