Just kidding, but I'm from a small town too and grew up in similar circumstances. Basically your best bet is to just have fun become comfortable being yourself in a party situation. So, keep in mind that just your social status alone will have girls ready to let you fuck them.

All you gotta do is just talk to a girl some, get her to a couch or by a wall, put your hand on her leg possibly, and playfully tease her. Then just kiss her at some point; this will get natural with experience it it's not yet, trust me.

If you get that far, tell her it's "loud in here" and casually invite her back to your car. Ask if she wants to get in the back seat, and there ya go. Key it to keep it nice and playful.

If you're nervous, that's ok, you'll get better quick.

Social status is a big factor, age aswell. In Norway its most common for seniors(age 18-19) to go for the younger girls(~17) as your social status is increased ALOT. From my experience the 16-17 year olds are typically looking to lose their virginity.

Its most commonly not done in a day tho, usually it starts at a party or through friends, read up on social circle game as your whole high school is a big social circle.

Biggest thing i would tell my HS self is start lifting and never stop. Start taking care of your skin, dressing well etc. Its so damn simple and helps you a ton.
