Wait...you think if you stop gaming, you become an AFC? If you are sleeping with her and aren't an AFC with her, keep a strong frame and it's fine. And keep running attraction on her. If you aren't sleeping with her, yeah, it's a good way to get oneitis.

A lot of guys turn to pickup because they're miserably unsuccessful with women. Then they learn 'game' and they get women and its a great improvement over being celibate. Then they meet a girl that they actually like a lot, and they revert back to the old passive doormat habits that made them miserably shit with girls in the first place and they lose her, then go back to being a 'player' again.
The fact that you feel as though you have to maintain your 'game' while you're in a relationship is very worrying. What if your mask slips and she sees what you're like under that game? If you cannot imagine a girl liking you without using superficial PUA tricks to game her into liking you, that is a sign of profoundly low self-esteem, and that's probably the reason you needed to turn to pickup tricks in the first place.
You need to fix the underlying problem, the original problem, you can't just paint a thin veneer of game on top of your emotional problems and expect to be happy. The only way you'll make a relationship work is if you are able to be yourself with that person, as cliche as 'be yourself' sounds it is the endgame for self improvement.

You do realize that if you are getting laid regularly, you are neither "frustrated" nor a "chump". It does seem like you have the relationship skills of an average PUA though.
You literally should not be gaming her or trying to make her jealous. I don't have the link to the Relationship Manifesto, but take a look at the other thread that is on the front page. It has some very sound advice.

That's a pretty immature thing to say. You know, it's fine to have a girlfriend. The point of seduction is not to get loads of phone numbers, it's to be ready so that when a woman turns up who you might actually want as your partner, you are capable of seducing her and capturing her imagination.
Oneitis as you call it, is just a guy's way of saying/thinking a girl is pretty special enough that he doesn't need to chase other women.
Judging by your response it sounds like you've never had a girlfriend, let alone been in love.
