Obviously, we all know alcohol is bad as a dependence for confidence in social interactions. My "issue" - when I'm drunk, I'm 100% in state. I radiate confidence, and do exactly what I dream of doing when I'm sober.

When I'm sober, I'm typically a lot more reserved, decently physically awkward, etc.

I'm sure it's somewhere in here, but how do I begin training myself to get in state, sober? I searched for it, couldn't find it, but would be happy with a link to another post.

I've felt my drunk confidence seeping into my sober confidence from how well I pull, but I want to know if I can do anything better.
