There's no explanation bro and you will never know what you did wrong.

I was recently ghosted after a first date where we made out in the car and I sucked her tits. 20 minutes later I dropped her off and she stopped replying that same night.

It just doesn't make sense and you will be better off if you try to stop thinking about an explanation. It's just how women operate.

maybe something you are doing. Like you say you are hesitant to escalate, people read body language maybe that's the problem. Stop assuming that the date will end in sex if you escalate. Treat it as a "we'll cross that bridge if we get there". Be yourself and loose.
Sometimes people dont mind a 1st date kiss. Like when i've gone to clubs and kissed girls, a lot of times i dont get a callback. Some women dont mind that and dont take kissing as some serious "we are dating" thing. Sometimes people take it as "i just want to see if the chemistry is there".
Are you givnig them your all when you kiss? Im a proponent of dont do make out sessions early on. You are giving the woman an idea of what you expect from this. For me i give them nice simple and good kisses, but also in a way that keeps them wanting more. Minimal tongue, couple second kiss and break out of it even when you know she is still wanting to kiss. Because you kind of take control and you show her "i like kissing you but i can't give you all my cards now". And it will keep her wanting more. If yo ugive her 50% and it's good, she iwll be like "i really want that other 50%" and she'll be more inclinded to going out again. But if you give her 100% she might be like "he's a good kisser but i already saw all his cards and i want to see if i can see if there's a better fit elsewhere". People are more inclined to take a chance on a new person than a person they already know what to expect. People love the new car smell.

Was alcohol involved in the 2 instances? If so, most likely the substance causing sexual buildup during the date. Once women returns home and sober up the next day, they may go through buyers remorse.

Ask someone how your breath is. You'd be surprised how bad breath can turn people off. It's a possibility otherwise we really don't know. You could also be a bad kisser for instance or she wanted more and you made excuses she's not interested in. I'd ghost a woman too if I couldn't sleep with her.

A lot of people, including girls, just want to kiss, touch, fool around for the night.. They don't know how to say "Hey that was fun, but I'm not looking for anything more than a quick hookup with you." They think you'll get angry and say some nasty stuff to them. So they just don't reply at all. It's easier.
