They got bored because the conversation is boring, unexciting, predictable, and so typical.

There is not a hint of your own personality involved and most likely it felt like an interrogation.

Without your sense of humour, or your unique interpretation of things, unique opinions, flirting, teasing,… etc You end up coming across as dull

How flirty was your conversation? I feel like if you're having the same formal conversation that you would have with your distant relative who you see on a family party once every few years that it lacks any flirtation. I'd say tease her here and there about stuff and indeed slowly start physical escalation. I feel like in clubs it's way easier to escalate since you HAVE to get close to be able to talk with her. You have to talk into her ear in order to hear each other so you'll be standing inches away from her most of the time. You can eventually put your hand on her shoulder when moving in to talk to her, which you could eventually escalate to her hip. Or one I always like to do is ask her to come with you to get a new drink and hold out your hand for her to take. Then you move through the crowd while holding her hand which is making it look (also in her head) like she's there with YOU.

I'd also say try to talk more about stuff relevant to that situation. Ask her who's she's with. Ask about her drink and if that's her go-to drink or if there's other drinks she likes or even despises. Then in turn share YOUR experiences about that drink. Maybe she likes it but you think it's absolutely horrible, then tease her asking about how's she's not puking all over the floor right now. If she mentions what her favorite drink is, say that she made you curious and that you'll buy one to try and give her one too.

Idk maybe they’re one of those “deep convo people” one thing I’ve realized about people in general but women specifically is that there are two types… those that like small talk and those that don’t. I think your job is to identify which one you’re talking to and ask the appropriate questions. Or maybe they wanna dance and mix it up…

I'm sure there's more to that conversation, but generally women don't like to be interrogated with random questions. If you ask a question, then do a follow up question. Like if she tells you she's a dancer, you can ask her "How much would I need to pay you to teach me?" When she tells you on the follow up you can give her a compliment and then say something silly about yourself like "I have 2 left feet lol". Self-deprecating a little can show people that you don't take yourself too seriously.

It's the same with the other 2 topics. They aren't bad questions, but it depends where you take it. Hopefully somewhere fun.
