I go on a decent amount of dates, am very good at conversing in person and most of them are a good time where the girl texts after saying how much fun she has had etc. I don't often kiss on 1st date (30% of time) and we make plans for a 2nd date, but they end up flaking/ghosting. Am I doing something wrong or should I be doing something different? I don't text them too much after the first date so that we don't run out of conversation, but when i try to set up 2nd date, they either bail or ghost (as mentioned above)
