So this girl works in the building next to my part time job is really cute. She often comes down during lunch times etc and im there too and we exchange glances but shes always on the phone/ with her friend. I'd love to talk to her, but im planning to maybe pass a chit with compliment and my number since the eye contact has started feeling weird to me since its been happening over a week now without progression .Should i go ahead with giving her a chit?
