Well, if your eyes continually meet, pass a slight and genuine smile at her and see how she reacts to it. If you get positive feedback, go and just take action. Just let her know you're coming and don't worry about the interruption, you know whats going on, the girl knows whats going on, her friend will know whats happening as well. And really important! Involve her friend in your convo as well. Dont let her hang to the side and be bored.
