Sometimes it takes a couple of days to figure out if you are actually interested or if the chemistry is right. It seems likely those girls simply lost interest in you, or decided you weren’t a good match.

It’s not really that odd for someone to be very interested in the beginning when they are still trying to figure out who you are (and can imagine you to be however they prefer), only to lose interest once they get to know you better (and realize you aren’t what they are looking for).

Maybe you said or did something that made them lose interest.

Maybe they felt you weren’t interested because you were holding back and so they stopped wanting to put in the effort. (I know that has happened to me before, and it ruined the chemistry for me to a point where even after we had a conversation about it and he expressed a desire to put in more effort, I just wasn’t interested in him anymore).

Or maybe you just weren’t compatible to begin with.

You are not letting her appreciate your attention. My guess is that you’re reciprocating her texts a lot and giving her a lot of attention. The fact is, if you are continually giving back attention, she will not be able to appreciate as much due to the oversupply.
The way you act. Considering you kept her for 2/3 of a year, this may not be a problem, but some guys have really good starting game, but lose form later in the relationship. Just something you have to learn.

Remember there are a lot of "nice guys" who would blow up on a girl after she ignores them for a while. So it could have been their way of shit-testing you.

The best you can do in that situation is wait a couple of days, then ping them with a weird/funny/interesting comment, statement, or picture with a caption and see if they respond again. Do NOT ask a question otherwise you might appear needy even if you aren't.

If they don't respond, then something caused her to cut you off. It's possible you could've been the cause, but it's also possible they had their own reasons.

Don't overthink it.

There's a fucking myriad of reasons why this can happen. Important to remember that girls don't attach as much value to these things as we do until after sex. This is why it's important to facilitate the hook up as soon as possible.

Until then she can flip at any point. Can still happen after of course, but it's much less likely.

P.S. This literally happened to me today. Went out with a girl last week. Date went great. Met up for a quick coffee before I flew to Miami for a week - wanted to keep it as warm as possible for when I get back. Again, went great. Crucially though we didn't fuck - logistics were bad both times. Kept it warm with some decent text game while I'm away then out of the blue today she's like, "I just don't feel the chemistry for a long-term relationship, which is what I'm looking for".

Now that might be due to me coming off too much like a fuck boi. However that could just be her rationalisation to me and she's actually just met another dude in the meantime while I'm away because I haven't fucked her yet.

Point is, I don't know. I suspect that if I'd fucked this girl this wouldn't be a problem, though. Perhaps that's the same issue for you.

It’s really simple, 1. They wanted a pet (someone who gives compliments and cheers them up when they are sad without ever getting a date or sex/relationship whatever). 2. She was using you to increase interest in the guy she really wants. 3. You didn’t respond how she thought you would so she thinks you’re not interested. That’s it.

Because you start good, intrigue her, create some rapport with humor, play cool, which is fine, but not spark attraction, or not enough. And then you don't escalate, don't lead, don't close. Sometimes not showing is too much, you don't show her your affection, but you don't give her reason big enough to chase on you. So she quits.
