I work in services. It fucking sucks but you know what? It gives me an opportunity to be able to talk to cuties and even experiment with new ways of approaching people. I was getting trained by a coworker and we were talking to an absolutely beautiful older woman. During the end of the interaction, I kept strong eye contact even though she wasn't talking to me. She was fucking hot. I knew it, but it wasn't the kind of recognition where I'm drooling over this girl. I was just thinking in my head, this girl is hot. She looked at me as she was about to leave, we held contact for a couple seconds, she turned around, and as she was walking out she looked back and gave me that look where you just know something's clicking on in their head. She and I both knew what we were thinking.

Yeah this is a small interaction, but I hardly post minute by minute FR's anymore because there's no need to. I wanted this post to be more about really internalizing some things. As you go out more and more and talk to more and more people, things become easier. You start to notice how fluid things are, you subconsciously pick up on body language, and wrapping a girl around your finger is clockwork now. Take a second to think about the word 'natural', what it means to be attractive, and how 'natural' fits into everyday human interaction.

A good example I like to use for myself is taking a look at Ryan Gosling or Ryan Reynolds. Now, are they considered stunners because of how they look? Sure, they're good looking dudes, but what if they were just your friends that you met from high school, not high profile actors? What makes them irresistible is the way they carry themselves. Watch these dudes in an interview:

  1. Their ENTIRE BODY tells you everything you need to know about these guys.
  2. When they smile, they MEAN it.
  3. They speak slowly and surely

Attractiveness is also something that is evident to both genders and it's funny how just a single change in telling yourself how to think can warp your entire social life. So try these four easy things tonight (and everyday), they work, trust me:

  1. Relax (speak slowly, take a deep breath, roll your shoulders up and down, feels good right? Stop thinking. You're in control.)

  2. Prioritize fun. Are you having fun when you're out? Why the fuck not? Refer to number 1.

  3. Stop rushing things. You don't NEED to grab a number right now, you don't NEED to get laid to validate yourself, you don't NEED to pass this girl's 'shit test'. Why are a bunch of stupid things tripping you up and making you worried when you're out to have fun? When the time is right to grab a number, you'll know. Refer to number 1.

  4. Take action. No I don't mean just blurt out "Hey, wanna kiss me?" I mean when you're in the right state, you're enjoying just being with someone, you have self-respect, you're not trying to validate yourself. But that's when you need to step up. You can be a master at small talk and making a girl comfortable around you, but it doesn't mean shit if you never follow through. Every situation is different, that's why you should refer to number 1 to help you make the best decision.

When you're out there tonight, or any night, remember that life is meant to be enjoyed. This isn't a grind to become some mechanical pussy slayer. This is you and your adventures out on the town, ripping it up. So go out there, and most of all, remember rule #1.
