Don't make her feel like she needs to carry the conversation by deciding what to talk about. Ask her about every stupid thing in front of you. What she cooks (if she cooks), her number of siblings, does she like having a pet, where is she from, her beverage of choice, favorite netflix shows... Literally doesn't matter. Make her feel like you find her interesting.

Talk about whatever cool thing you have at home that you can use to invite her over.

I have cocktails & desserts at my place at all times so if I'm going out with a girl to eat I talk about her favorite desserts & drinks to see which she would be more into.

If she likes drinks more I'd suggest we grab cocktails at my place after dinner.

If she likes desserts more then I suggest dessert at my place.

Oh and if you're gonna use desserts, make sure they're epic desserts that you won't typically find at a restaurant otherwise she will feel like, "what's the point?"

Start off with the usual stuff - what do you work, where are you from, what do you study/have studied and etc.. just so you can build comfort and get to know each other a bit. Don't overdo it though cause you can easily turn it into an interview and kill the vibe (been there done that). Pick a right moment when the energy is high and shift the conversation towards more intimate topics. This usually happens after like 20-30 minutes though I have had girls we have great chemistry with so we just chit chat for about an hour before I start escalating. To escalate you can start talking about previous relationships (though don't get too serious about it, keep it light), crazy stories from dating apps, weird first dates etc. And from there physical escalation, teasing, push/pull and so on.
