Keep calm, try to imagine this has happened to you before. I’d reach out the next day and say ‘hey X, it’s Me from (name of the bar) last night. How was the rest of your night? (Or some other more personally tailored question or comment. Keep it light and fun - ie. were those ur coworkers or employees? - ask something that shows you want to actually get to know something about her)’

Trade a few exchanges and start a convo that actually gets you info on who she is, what she might be into (without asking these things directly like an interview) and once you have some sense of who she is (is she a bar girl? Homebody who doesn’t go out too often? does she like art/museums? Foodie? Cosplayer? Etc) and ask her out based on that. Suggest a time and place. I try to avoid dinner dates first, lower pressure for both of you. Don’t over think it. Try to remind yourself she’s a human first and a girl second. Good luck !
