I went through a terrible breakup my last year of university. I didn’t what what to do, only what I could do. I ended up working out 2-3 times a day (50+ sets of push ups or sit ups) and did my best to stay off my phone and read instead.

I won’t suggest you try not to think about her, I suggest you do not talk about her (definitely not to her).

Have you talked about it with her? Or did she tell you and you left? Definitely something that should be discussed and find out why she did it. If it’s something you won’t be able to get past then it might be best to end things.

For now, focus on yourself for a week or two. Zero contact with her. Dont answer any calls/texts, she is basically “dead” now. In those 2 weeks, give yourself some time to feel shit (really feel it) think about it, go hit the gym, fuck others girls if you want to. After those 2 weeks, you will have a clear mind on the matter. If you have any questions for her, get in touch to ask them and close it. If you’re okay with everything, just continue the process of accepting it is what is it, dont take her back! The harsh truth is she left you, you lose all respect in her eyes if you come crawling back. Accept it, feel it, learn from it and move on. In a few months you’ll be happier than before. Chin up!

I'm going to put it to you straight. Does she still make you feel good when you are together? Do you still make her feel good when you are together? If either one of these is no then it's over. If you dont get two sold yeses then it's over. She made a mistake and told you about it. She knows it was a mistake. What is she willing to do to never make that or other mistakes like it again?

What I would advise is take some time out and make the time about you and set some goals for yourself in what you want to achieve or do. The. Start improving yourself.

I know this is going to sound harsh and please don’t take it personally, but, women cheat for a reason and you may of missed something, but now is the opportunity to come back strong.
