Is her friendship worth anything to you? Also, if you invite her to group events and she brings girlfriends, you can try hooking up with them and see if that helps at all. There's a chance she could reconsider, though I'd imagine you might be happy getting with whoever she hooks you up with- women can be great wingmen sometimes

Be proud of yourself because I think you did the right thing. I think the key is being clear with your intentions from the beginning or right when you feel like you're developing feelings. Recently asked friend out (she said yes yay) but there's been times where they didn't feel the same way. It happens. I think people already make a decision on whether they see someone as a potential partner or not when they first meet, so no point bottling up your feelings for so long. Hope this helps :)

I've been friend zoned for years but that's because I sent her there first. She dated my twin and we became best friends. When they broke up, I was there for her. Now, due to my recent ex, my sexual activity has increased to the point that I'm now looking at my friend with lust. I'm conflicted by my emotions. No not really, But you are doing better than 80% of most men asking a girl out on a date. You should learn from this and improve so the next time you won't be in the so called "friend zone" if you act early.

Yeah, totally, all the time... But usually I can move on keeping the friendships (wich are some of my best ones, actually). This sounds kinda sad, but it really isn't... Now I'm talking to one more other girl and trying to keep myself really far away from the friendzone, let's see what happens (I have no faith at all hahah).

I don't get into the friendzone anymore. A girl knows my intentions because I don't hide it. If she doesn't put out, she's no use to me. I move on to a girl who is available, and I don't stick around like an orbiter.
