If you're a beginner in the gym you're always gonna look less hot or whatever than the trainers and experts. So don't bother worrying about it. Go to the gym to get fit, not to pick up girls. Pick up girls somewhere else where you don't have to stand beside the fittest men in the world while you try to talk to them lol

Bars, Parks, Streets, Clubs, Coffee Shops, there's a whole world out there of places where you don't have to stand beside the worlds fittest men while they work out. Lol it sounds so ridiculous as i write it out, why are you complaining about this. You shouldn't be going to the gym to hit on girls and most of them hate it anyway cause they're there to work out too and don't want to be bothered unless it's by someone they already have a crush on

So during this one year you had some actual success ? As in slept with woman or got into relationship ? If not, then why bother wasting energy ? Just treat gym as a way to improve body and take your shoots in other places. Just enjoy yourself whatever you do and it might actually lead to something when you stop giving a fuck.

I am currently in super bad form and if i go to gym it is to improve it. I think woman that go to gym try to find guys who look the best or who are high status in gym environment. I am pretty much biggest loser there so why bother ? But i organise parties during summer in my place for 10+ people regularly and everyone wants to be there. This is where i can shine.

Choose your battles where odds are rigged in your favor. Or take your shot in gym anyways but be unbothered by the outcome. Treat it as side practice.

What’s up with all this pre-selection crap going on by beta guys? Y’all in here have a long list of things to worry about before taking on yet another stupid yeah bc you don’t want to work in the fundamentals to get to where you want to be.

Make the things eaiser for yourself:

- Make quick eye contact wth her before you leave.

- Wait for her outside the building

- You'll be able to see if she's alone or if she already has a boyfriend from the gym

- Approach her, it’s very easy, especially since she recognizes you + you already have a common interest to talk about + there’s a good chance she’ll be down to grab a drink with you.

You can try talking to them about how they work out to get in shape, a specific body part. Like you could say you are trying to lose some weight in the midsection and want some tips. Some will be open to chatting and you can go from there. Next time you're there say hello and keep talking. Others may not be in the mood to talk
