I have really weak social skills and I need to practice a ton. I don't really have anywhere to go to cold approach since my college is situated miles away from my city and I can only go out to do daygame on weekends.

I come from a place where walking upto a stranger and starting a random conversation isn't very socially acceptable. If there's anyone who has had a similar situation, what did you do?

If you did successfully cold approach on campus without having a pre-existing social skills, how'd you do it?
