You have to understand that seduction is much better at teaching how to attract women in general. We can't give you an advice that will definitely work with this one girl.

Ask her something general, like what she likes to do for fun. Then ask her if you can give her a call sometime. Don't ask her to do anything specific, because if she says no you don't know if it was for that one thing or if it was a general no. If you get her phone number give her a call in a couple of days, but just talk and don't ask her out. if you ask her out too soon she will think that you are desperate.

I was in the exact same situation you were a few years ago. This was before I had discovered the manosphere on the Internet so I fucked it all up, and I've regretted it ever since.

Next time you see her, as your conversation is dying down, just sack up and ask her out. You need to be direct. Show your interest. She'll respect that.

Do not procrastinate with this. That's what cost me. The sooner the better.

Okay, I get your situation. I'm from a place where you don't ask each other on a date as well so I might be able to help you. First off, there is something between you two you say, so I assume you talk to her? If that's not the case start talking to her, be playful and flirty. Then when you two are having fun say something like "This is fun, why don't we do it more often?", and then you can ask her to do something together. It doesn't come of as a date directly, but she will get the clue.

I assume you share classes? Everything is subjective and there isn't one way to go about anything. One thing that works fairly well for me is find a legitimate natural reason why you two would spend time together. Take the same classes? Tell her you think it would be a good idea to study together; not sure/not comfortable straight up inviting her to your place? Suggest meeting up at a coffee shop.

This will take the pressure off since we aren't putting a firm defininition of "THIS IS A DATE, WE'RE ON A DATE RIGHT NOW!" Now you're in a safe neutral environment where you can get to know each other on more than a colleague level; don't have her number? Well now you have a genuine reason to get it e.g. "Sweet let's meet up at the shop at noon Saturday, lemme get your number so we can stay in touch."

Stay on task enough to say you truly did whatever you propositioned but be fun, positive and pleasant enough that it doesn't feel like you're both working hard. Find out what she likes so down the road or during the hang out you can make future plans, "Oh you like hiking? Me too, we should go outdoors when the weather is nice!" keep the time line vague but still put it out there until you feel you're ready to hang out again.

Who knows? You both might want to fuck each other's brains out or whatever and she was just looking for an excuse to hang out. I'm just providing excuses to get your foot in the door, I'm not telling you how to escalate anything. Reading body language and being flirty/sexual is a different chapter in the grand art.

Have a normal ass conversation, and when you get to the climax of the conversation, ask her out. Usually a climax is when she's laughing and/or there's an obvious vibe in the conversation.

You need to act now. Missing the moment is a VERY common mistake.

Get her phone number, then try to schedule a hangout or a casual one-on-one situation, getting a drink, watching a movie, studying together, something like that.

When you are alone with her, gradually increase how much you touch her (it's called kino escalation). If she responds well to holding hands, kissing, ect, then keep escalating until sex (hopefully).

Best advice: workout. Get fit. Stay healthy. Have incredible hygiene. And then why wouldn't she like you? Walk up to her to save her the trouble of approaching you. Be confident. Don't ask. Tell. Tell her you like her and that you're going to the movies tonight and want her to come with. Don't say 'hey I'm _____ and um I was wondering, do you maybe wanna go to the movies tonight? If your free that is...'
