So yesterday I had a gathering with some old high school friends in a cottage outside of Chicago, and I saw a lot of old friends both guys and girls. Each one has had his/her own path in terms of school and work (We are around 27 y.o now). During high school (and even before), there was a handful of guys that basically dated all the cute girls, one after the other. After high school, I really worked on myself and have achieved my fair share of success with women, especially through daytime approaches.

Fast forward to today. The EXACT same dynamics that once were, emerged once again. I was social (more than before) and confident, talked to people, caught up with the girls etc. but this one guy in particular was bonding with this one girl in an unbelievable way. He kept on teasing her, isolating her, showing her an attitude that she absolutely loved (she was constantly seeking his approval) etc. This guy's a natural.

There's just such a huge distinction between being confident/social and having an interesting life VS. doing the things that turn the girls on. I know she was turned on by him, as she kept on inviting him to do little things together (e.g. being on the same team when we played a card game etc.). He was not putting in the effort and she was all over him.

I got annoyed, I won't lie. I thought things would be different after all these years, and many lays later, but they weren't.

Thoughts?
