Working in coffee shop and i have so many cute girls come in regularly i have one who is crazy hot girl will be asking her out! And also if you hit on them while you work imo it’s more effective than approaching them if you don’t work there! But i wouldn’t ask them out right away maybe first talk to them and then when they come back again ask for the number.

Since you work there I would be worried about losing your job. Instead be very friendly. Say hello. I used to work at a 21 and over theatre and occasionally women would leave their number for me.

It is not professional behaviour to flirt with customers while you are working, if done wrong the flirting can feel creepy to the girls, and the store would get a bad reputation leading to loss of sales, which would mean you would likely get fired.

Generally speaking girls don’t want to be flirted at in that situation unless the guy happens to very hot, or they like the guy.

Trying to tell them “hey you are pretty cute” can make many of them feel uncomfortable because they can’t even shop normally and they can report you to your manager.

this is why there is a common saying “don’t shit where you eat”, even if your boss seems cool about it as soon as a girl protests, the boss can stop being cool about it because they don’t want a bad reputation or get in trouble.
