How are you doing with the dating apps

Well I’ve got decent photos and I list my height as 6’4, so I get a few matches, and a few conversations but fuck me dead I cannot get a reply beyond 2 or 3 messages from anyone these days.

I don’t know if I’m just lazier but it seems to have gotten significantly harder than it was just 2-3 years ago just to organise a date with someone.

I’ve been ghosted, blocked and stood up so many times in the last year I’m surprised I still bother.

But last week I went out and cold approached about 10 women at the mall ( being as polite and humorous as I could) and goddamn people are apprehensive and dismissive.

It left me feeling almost claustrophobic wondering how the fuck to meet women these days.

Also swiping right on everyone is a dumb methodologies that wastes time and lowers your score on the apps

My results improved significantly when I got better pictures. That being said I am only able to get dates with about 5% of my matches. I slept with 2/5 of those girls. The other 3 fizzled out after 1st or 2nd date.

Most of my success has been on Hinge

I get maybe 1 like a month tbh. I don't think I'm that bad looking and my pictures aren't half bad. I always keep my bio something funny and unique. Something I think will actually make someone laugh out loud. Alas it hasn't seemed to work much. I've had Tinder for about 2 years and only gotten 1 match that led to an actual date, which turned into 2 more. The connection just fizzled away after our third date so here I am still single and swiping too much.

Try to get better pics and a more interesting bio - not very long tho. Then swipe a bit and look who liked you

You need better photos. I deleted mines months ago for that very reason but I haven’t made the effort 🥱 or better yet they’ll come the time when the time is right

it’s sucks tbh. most of these apps blur you’re likes, and you’ll have to pay too see them. i just rather the old fashion away and going up to a girl.

Just registered on one (thursday I think). I get a ton of visits but no likes. Nothing wrong with the matches except most are too old, or look too old rather. Put the age range 20-33, just above my own age. Is it just me or do most women over 30 look like they're over 40? They might be lying ofc. Makes me feel old anyway.
