I’m around 10-12% body fat, full six pack, very vascular and angular jawline. The biggest difference I notice from being lean is that girls are more receptive when I approach them. They are more likely to stick around and listen to what I have to say rather than walk off right away. It’s as if I have a more commanding presence, I come off as more assertive and dominant right off the bat.

Some girls would still get startled, but after looking at and listening to me they would display more comfortable body language, become more submissive, smiling and engaging with me.

I still get rejected sometimes, but it’s more graceful (“I’m flattered but I have a bf”, while smiling) and I still get to chat with them for a minute or two.

8-9 months ago I was sitting around 15-16% body fat, bulked up. I looked buff in clothes, had a 4 pack but was not very lean. Your typical, average gymbro. I noticed that when I approached, a good amount of girls wouldn’t even give me the time of day. If I tried stopping them they would either walk right by me, or stop and be closed off from my approach. They didn’t look as comfortable or flattered by the situation. If I told them to stop so I could talk to them they were not as likely to listen to my commands. Not all girls were like this but a significant number reacted this way.

Other than that, there’s really nothing special that I’ve noticed. Girls definitely don’t open me or jump all over me, you still have to do all the work. I might get more eye contact than before but it’s still very minimal, to the point where I wouldn’t list it as a “benefit” to cold approaching. I think waiting for eye contact before approaching is a bit ridiculous and throws away a lot of opportunities. Unless you’re a 10/10 male model or famous celebrity you’re not gonna have girls crawling all over you with no effort.

Just my two cents from my own experiences, I’ll make another post if i have any other notable observations.

TLDR; being lean makes girls more receptive and more likely to listen to you. Come off as more assertive right away and girls have warm body language towards you.
