The feedback I've been getting from peers is that I'm fine with opening, socializing, building rapport - but my personality doesn't come out. I'm confident but have no edge. I can talk to attractive girls, have interesting conversations, throw in some humor, but there isn't a very magnetic energy.

I'm trying - focusing on expressing myself, teasing, having fun, being playful, and generally not worrying as much about others perception of me, but I'm still not quite getting it.

I am who I am - calm, easygoing, open and secure. I don't like conflict, don't like making others feel bad and generally seek out harmony, making sure everyone's having a good time. I'm not trying to change that, but am trying to be multi-faceted.

Assertiveness, dominance, that sort of bad boy demeanor - I know I have some of that within me, but am having a hard time bringing it out. How did you do it?
