Is getting rid of this anxiety I get around attractive girls.

I swear, I know I sound like a crotchety old man, but do you know what we use to call what you folks are calling "anxiety"? Fucking "being nervous". Anxiety is a debilitating mental illness. You're NERVOUS which mean you're NORMAL.

The thing you have to do is manage your nervousness and not let it stop you. Take some deep breaths and put aside the fear because the worst thing likely to happen is you'll be turned down. So what.

YOU WILL NOT DIE!

If you get nervous about a job interview and you don't get the job, do you stop looking for work? If you want to approach a girl, approach her. You don't have to be clever or witty. It takes very little balls to look a girl in the eye with a gentle smile and say "Excuse me. My name is Sam and I wanted to meet you". Chances are you're going to get some respect for simply not using some kind of cheesy line. If you don't know what to say, just simply tell the truth: "I don't usually do this, but if I didn't speak to you I knew I might be missing out on something special".

Don't try to have a two hour conversation. Let her know that you respect her time, and would love to get her number so you guys can have a chance to really talk. And whatever she says, deal with it graciously.

It's okay to be scared, be don't let fear defeat you. And the more people you talk to, the better you get at it.

Gotta say I agree with the above.

And I’ll add since I’m an old fucker lol the sales approach. Just fucking go get it.

But alcohol - NO MORE THAN TWO SHOTS OR YOU GET STUPID - will go a long way to help those early experience nerves.

The only way is to approach more girls. I've done so many approaches that went well but so many were I left thinking about how awkward that was. The only way to get used to approaching pretty girls is to approach more often.

Taking action. You don't magically get confindence, you get confindence from past experience. So you going to have to approach and not care
