How did you perfect your technique?

20+ body count probably came about 1 year after starting? But don't compare yourself to others, some can do it faster, some slower. Body count isn't everything, anyway. You could pick up the girl of your dreams (if that's what you're looking for) the very first girl you have success with.

Started 10 years ago at 18, have been on and off as girlfriends came (lol) and went.

Started with reading the game and branching out from there (mystery method, pua Casanova, rsd)

I have not perfected it, as its not something you can really ever "max out" at, you can always get better. Right now I can easily get numbers (honestly can't remember the last time I got a fake number or someone who didn't at least respond to a few texts), and easily get a bunch of make outs a night. I'll pull girls home about 25% of nights out.

I learned by going out and practising. A lot. When I started, the mystery method was the way to go, so I would go out and open until I got it right. Then I moved on to open and attract, until I got it right, and so on until I would pull girls. I used canned openers, canned lines, I would tune them to suit me so it was more realistic and I wasn't completely making shit up. If I were to hang out with girls for more than one night I could be myself after the first day, I just found game useful to meet the girls, then I could take it from there.

I then got a few girlfriends for the next few years, but in between I would get back into it, hard, and get a bunch of girls, until I found one worth stopping for.

I kept practising when I was single (and sometimes when I wasn't haha) and it became a part of me after a few years. I don't use canned openers anymore, everything I do is me. The confidence, the sentence structure and choice of words - the inner game and outer game - has become who I am. I haven't changed, I'm still myself, but I learned to apply it to game, if that makes sense.

I started as a male lacking confidence with one girlfriend as my only "body", to having 4 multi-year relationships, a lot of kills between and all the confidence in the world. It not only improved my success with girls, but guys really enjoy having me around because of my confidence, energy, and sociability. I have been told I'm a "guy's guy" which made me happy to hear. It feels good to be accepted.

If you decide to choose this path it will vastly improve your life and you will come out more confident, happy, and socially aware. I can't recommend it enough.

I'm 29. From 22-27, I didn't so much as kiss someone. Never been in a relationship, even. I found seddit about a year ago and have slept with around 10 women since, and fell into a 6 month relationship.

90% was through online dating. Two women through going out to a bar solo on way home, and another at a salsa class.

It's difficult to detail the stages. All I did was go on as many dates as possible and continue to escalate as much as my confidence allowed. I still haven't gained the courage to be that bold, but my confidence has increased since having a sex life. It helped to breakdown a lot of self-limiting beliefs, which, in turn, helped to accelerate the process.

Everybody's path is different, though.

All you can do is maximise your attractiveness and make moves. Sure, read and learn about what is attractive behaviour and how to seduce women, but once you've reached a decent level of attractiveness, you just have to put yourself in front of a tonne of women and try your luck.

Once things start happening, you'll hopefully use that momentum to climb higher and faster.

You don't want to necessarily compare yourself to others with seduction. It can lead to over analyzing yourself, and getting down on yourself when too harshly during a small draught (like not closing on 10 consecutive approaches).

I'm the same age as you when I started going out in cold approaching during the day the week I turned 18. I know you might want a more in-depth but, the reality is I got better just by practicing. I got better by telling myself to go out and Approach at least three women in the span of every 2 days. So basically to do about 10 approaches a week or so. I also told myself to do it in a variety of environments. To go to parties that I could get into. To go out and approach during the day. And to talk to girls in different situations that were usually difficult like if they're working again I'm at the store.

It also helped me to focus on one skill, one very particular aspect of the seduction process at a time. For about a week at a time. For example if I noticed n that my eye contact wasn't being held too strongly, then keeping strong eye contact would be my focus and goal for the next weeks worth of approaches. Now that doesn't mean I wasn't trying to take her to bed still, it just meant eye contact was the one aspect I was really focussing on. Then I pinpoint another weak spot in my game and focus on that for a week or so.

I see a few stages: Scared to say anything, concerned about what to say, doesn't think about words and just goes with the flow.

Getting out of the first one takes like 20 approaches maybe. Then it takes an f close to get out of the second one ussually. And getting that F close can reasonably be done in the first 100 approaches , provided you ask advice and try different things along your journey.

I started about 3 yrs ago and I've laid more since practicing. Like all the posts say, don't compare yourself to others, there's nothing wrong with picking a role model to emulate but that's it.

Honestly at first for me it was just a numbers game. It got to the point where the game was to easy. Now I go for the harder targets and the 8-9. But I can say this you get comfortable with your lay count and females aren't as intimidating anymore.

I feel like when you get to 20+ it's no longer a game but it becomes a part of who you are I guess an extra character trait.

Treat it with respect like the good words of uncle Ben said, "With great power comes great responsibility." Our power is being able to spot the small subliminal messages that society sends us every day.

38yo male. Nearing 200...

Lost my v-card at 15. Hit 20+ around 19. Perfected my game somewhere around 30. And when I say "perfected", I by no means mean I can get any women. No man can. Any one who says otherwise is full of shit. When I say I "perfected" my game, it means I know exactly what I want, exactly what I don't want, I'm 100% comfortable with who I am, and 100% comfortable approaching any woman. It also means I know how to approach, how to escalate, how to properly calibrate, and how to close. And I also know how to handle rejection. It's going to happen. I also know how to identify desires and intentions, as well as quantify and categorize the relationships of the women I interact with, without being blinded by desires or other bulllshit. And most importantly, it means that I've shifted my seduction focus from external to internal and have an equilibrium between my inner game and outer game.

I feel this. That is the level of game and comfort I seek to gain. I'm an attractive guy rather short (5'7) that just turned 20. I didn't talk to girls in high school. I'm working at home for the summer. What major steps did you have to take to reach that level of confidence? Knowing what you wanted and how you wanted to go after it?
