even 8 years later the top comment still holds true. if you NEED to get laid you need to play the numbers game, and you need to cast a wide net which means searching for partners both offline and online. Go to bars often and approach any and every girl you would sleep with. Also helps a lot if you use an online dating platform which is actually made for hookups, like adultfriendfinder is, though if you really put in the effort you can make it work with virtually any major dating platform.

Best piece of advice: Don't go out looking to get laid.

That's it. Don't think about it. Go out with friends, have a good time, be genuinely interested in girls you talk to, and be yourself. Everything else will happen naturally.

Bonus: the girls you sleep with will be ones that you are actually interested in, not just a 5 or a 7 you spotted in the bar randomly.

Talk to every girl you pass, and always ask for numbers. Come off as more cocky (like you do it a lot), to put yourself a little out of the boyfriend potential area.

Get a Tinder, Hot or Not, OKcupid, PoF, and any others you can think of, and like as many girls as you can. Make it sexual when you talk to them.

It's numbers, the more you get, the higher the odds of girls that are down to fuck.

Try this... If you really want to get laid consistently, learn to be alone. But be alone at the right type of establishments at the right time. Go sit at bars alone during the lunch hour mostly, put your phone away & chat with the bartender.
