I turned 24 2 days ago.

My success with women is extremely limited and has been because I've been putting women on pedestals since I was a kid/shitty game. 99% of my experiences with girls have been because women picked me up. When I turned 22 and graduated from University, I made a pledge to make my life better in every aspect(social, dating, and career) because from 15-22 I was a shut-in and played video games with online gamers with every spare second I had. My closest friends were people I have never even met irl. Fast forward to now, I packed on 35 pounds and am visibly muscular in 90% of clothing, my fashion sense is 100x better, and my career has taken off quite a bit. Socially I am okay but I have had literally 0 success with women since university ended. Not only has it gotten more difficult since University ended but it seems like every girl I meet is tied down in an LTR. For meeting new girls that are single, I always end up having toxic thoughts like "you're not enough" despite the major improvements I consistently made a year and a half ago. I feel like this mentality is something I developed over the 7 years where I was a loser. What can I do to overcome this mentality? I lift, meditate, eat healthily, and actually have real-life friends now. I am below average height (5'7), 165lbs, people describe me as outspoken, funny, and sometimes quiet(really depends on the setting).

TLDR: Loser from 15-22, put women on pedestals and had limited success with women. Now I have toxic thoughts when I meet new girls and fail to escalate to anything beyond "I just met a completely forgettable guy today".
