How do i develop the mentality that I am enough?

You seem like you have improved your lifestyle a lot which is great, keep it up.

But you do need to start approaching more women, going on more dates, pushing each interaction and to constantly put yourself outside your comfort zone.

The only way you'll be able to realize your full potential is when you have that abundance mentality and have had your fair share of experience. Then you won't have to worry ab "being enough".

Man. Just think back to all the work you've put into yourself. Be easier on yourself.

How can you possibly say "You are not enough" ?

Packing on 35 pounds and looking muscular
Improving your fashion
Have real-life friends
Healthy lifestyle

These things aren't over night phenomenon. They don't just happen. You put in the work.

These are things that people dream about...The fact that you are meeting women is also something other people dream about.

Think about all the value you are bringing to the table when you meet women...

So, give yourself a pat on the back because you are more than enough. Change your mindset. Please.

Another thing I would add to your meditation is gratitude or things you are grateful for. Appreciate the things you have (It'll help you realize and appreciate the things s I've listed above).

Joe Rogan said something in passing that made an impression on me. Being extra horny is not always a good thing. If you are with a girl because you just want to fuck her, it's not gonna be a good thing. When you are meeting a girl, is she really someone you would consider dating? Stop thinking what do I need to do to get this girl. You've done your thing, you got the good body, you are going up in your career, start looking is this girl worth trying for. The girl will really start to qualify herself and try to prove to you that she is worth it and once you have investment from her, you go in and invest. Haven't tested it out enough but it made me think a bit. We just chase and are looking for sex to validate ourselves. Pick up is a sport after all. It's about getting laid with as many women and of higher and higher quality. It is all well and good but when you rush for the goal, sometimes it slips by you. Women are designed to prove themselves also that they are worth sticking with. Let them really prove they are worth it and then you start thinking if you are enough or not. Donno if this helps. It's just something that is on my mind lately.

Similar boat here, highschool to 20 y/o I've wasted my time and shunned social interaction. 21 now, and as of this year I've covered a lot of ground: got fit, broke many bad habits, and landed my first fling. Wouldn't say I went to the extreme you have, but I've hurt myself to a similar effect psychologically for sure. Sometimes it feels like you're soldering together the broken neuron pathways in your brain used for socializing that never fused when they should have growing up. It hurts and it's a struggle. All we can do is continue to try.

I wouldn't fret too much though. You're 24, which is still young. At the pace you're going, you'll find someone soon. When you look back and feel disgust for who you were, also remember who you were when you found the humility and strength to recognize and overcome your pitiful state. Let that drive you forward. If you see a girl that you want to ask out, just do it. If she says yes, then you are enough. Be honest on the first date, and at the end, if you still like her, ask her out again. If she says yes again, then you are enough. Repeat.

Lots of great advice in the comments here. Another thing you can do it saying positive affirmations in the mirror. It’s seems hokey, but you have to start somewhere to build better nuropathways in your mind.

Do it right after you meditate and say everything in the present tense:

EX - I am enough. Women love me. Women want my cock. I love myself. I love women. I’m the best that women can get....Etc.

Just make up whatever you want to be true, look yourself in the eye in the mirror and say it over and over.
