As others pointed out, women get super horny at weddings which makes your odds of successful pick up a lot better. My tips:

-Don't focus on her, focus on being an overall fun, confident guy. Approach her when a natural opportunity presents itself. Approach other girls too. And guys. The last thing you want is for it to look like you're going girl to girl trying to pick them up. -Use your social proof. It's your family's wedding, your uncle's party, etc. That gives you a lot of value as she will see that your family and social circle is successful and fun. The key to social proof is don't talk about it.... show it.

-Escalate, escalate, escalate. If she gives you good vibes, escalate. If you approach her and the conversation is going well, ask her to dance (if appropriate). Put your hand on her shoulder, give her a hug, hold her hand, etc. If all that's going well, pull her to a slightly private place and kiss her.

-Prepare a place to have sex ahead of time. This doesn't mean you have to go and set it up a particular way or anything, just be aware of possible places to do it beforehand so when the moment comes you don't have to think about it.
