The push pull is important because you can give a compliment to a girl without giving your power away. It’s basically challenging the girl so she knows that maybe she can’t have you and you keep a high value frame. You need to practice on your own. Basically go threw a series of random images and practice saying something negative then positive and Vic versu. Or even neutral then positive and Vic versu. For example “damm girl that purse is huge, but your rockin it. Keep up the good work”. Not the best example but you get my point. You should be able to push- pull second nature because it fundamental to flirting. Also be playful with it. Flirting is playful so a little smile and a playful attitude is what actually makes the push pull work. Also it’s about making a good experience for the girl also not some manipulation tactic to crush her because it can be used for evil
