I think asking outright what she's looking for (causal, serious?) and then sharing what it is you want. Then you can both decide if that's how you want to move forward. I was doing casual dating for a bit and usually chatted for a week before meeting in person. Each in-person meeting ended up discussing this (because for me I didn't want commitment, just friendly and fun). Good luck!

I think it would be good to have the conversation as soon as possible. Due to the age differential, it would be best not to mislead her with her intentions. And when I went into the conversation / moving forward, make sure you stick by what you decide on.
