Why does he ask? And why won't you tell him? The answer is simple, just tell him to his face that you don't like talking about it and that you won't tell him. But knowing why he asks and why you don't want to tell him might help both of you.

You tell him directly that it’s none of his business. You don’t know owe him an explanation for all the guys you had sex with, or all the positions you tried, etc. He’s being insecure and creepy.

So this is coming from a place of insecurity. He may not have as much experience as you. He may feel threatened by your past partners. That could be by there looks, performance in bed, size, and a multitude of other things. Honestly telling him the truth won’t help him. It’ll just make him feel even smaller and start trying to hard to perform. The best thing you can do is just keep telling him that everything he is doing is working for you. It’s silly I know, but eventually he will stop asking. Just be honest and clear that what he is doing is the best and the other guys could never compare. I’m guessing he’s a younger dude, so these insecurities are pretty common
