Honestly...what do YOU care what they do? You wanting to "call them out" kinda sounds like some jealousy, and you trying to put them down because the attention they are getting - you want.

Here's a rule to follow for the rest of your life if you want to make friends : do not judge people and do not call out people who did you no wrong.

In my experience it's best to tease them about being too serious when they say they have a bf. Consider it a tell, like they are convincing themselves they can't hook up with you... and that fact means that they want to. These aren't strangers giving you an excuse, they're women you know.

Next time you try to hang with them and they give the bf line, say something like "I'm not really looking for a girlfriend but it's adorable that you thought about it like that" or something else along those lines. Remind them that they're taking the situation too seriously and to just 'go with the flow' using humor or flirting.
