Sorry for the trolls, I don't know why they lurk here, but then again, I suppose I do.

Cut off contact with your ex. Every time you talk to them, it's like putting a road bump for yourself on your path to healing.
Channel the negative emotions - it could be through journaling, poetry, writing music etc. but most importantly - talk to someone regularly!
Focus on self improvement. Go to the podcasts app and search self-help. Practice adding 1 self-help technique to your routine to start. It could be meditation, affirmations, visualizations, or again, journaling.

I take it you had a crush on someone and they rejected you? To be honest, I don't like crushes. It's unnecessary emotional investment into something that may never happen.
