Take her by the arm and say:

Hey lets go to the bar and get a drink.
Lets go play pool.
Look at that picture over there.

Anything to move her away. If it gets more serious, you might have to do something else.

That's easy, you just call him out on his shit. Ask him if you talking to the girl is making him uncomfortable. Ask him if he has feelings for the girl. Don't say it like an insult, just say it in a regular tone, and do all of this in front of her so she can watch.

Odds are you'll make him so uncomfortable talking about his feelings, that he'll just leave.

You don't really need to. If you're handling yourself well, then seduction is a team sport and she'll be on your team, working with you. Which means she'll be shutting them down for you.

Just keep an eye on when she needs a hand, and be there to support. Otherwise, she can handle herself.

I think we've all been there. When you're in a bar, and you initiate the conversation with this chick and a chode next to her immediately cut you off. He's not her boyfriend or anything and he doesn't even have a smooth game. Even this chick is sending you a signal 'Help me (from this guy)' But you can't help her because a loud chode next to her is talking loudly to her.

Couple thoughts here:

If you are holding your own space well enough, then when you start talking to a girl, it will be awkward for such a dude to have a comfortable space to "join" the conversation.
If she's signalling that she wants help, then you ought to have clearance to do a couple things. One, ignore him and continue with the conversation you were having with that girl. If she wanted to talk to you, this shouldn't be an issue. Two, you'll possibly have clearance to help her physically move somewhere she's more comfortable standing or sitting. That guy doesn't know you and doesn't know her, so just act like you do know her and she'll play along if you were reading that right.

.....when it's obvious that this chick is only talking to him because out of courtesy, do I have to wait until this chick shushes this guy away? Do I have to be more loud than the chode and make myself look like a child fighting over icecream in front of her? How do you guys usually deal with this chode that wouldn't go away?

Look, if a girl is coming off like you say, than giving her any excuse will work. You know how sometimes guys post about how they were gaming some girl and her friends "cockblocked" them? Most of the time, those guys were choding it up and their girlfriends bailed them out.

If you come with a fun bail-out, like where you create a story or something with a possible inside joke, she'll probably go along with it, especially if she's been trapped.

But on the topic of prevention, consider going to different venues. Different places have different clientele. Chodes tend to gather in the same sorts of places. Don't go there, and you won't have to deal with them.
