Your tension comes for the fear of other person judgments.

An easy cure is stop fearing what the other person thinks. You should spending your time displaying your personality and not worrying about if you will live up some imagined standard you concocted within your own mind, you think the other person is judging you by.

I assume you're over thinking.

You need to counter that thinking with lust, just let it flow through you and color your behavior. Really look at her and let her turn you on.

Another thing is realize this, if she's giving you the time of day, or even on a date with you... She obviously likes you. Girls don't invest time to decide. They invest time because they've decided they like.

There is no "how to let go". You simply let go. Take a risk and live in the moment rather than your head. You don't know how to relax because you're afraid of something.

You gotta just practice man. There is no easy-solution for it, you've gotta get used to meeting new people and slowly become more comfortable.

They key is to be OKAY with being tense at first. I always expect my first few sets of each night to suck, so I just dive in to get myself loosened up. Try not to eject early, and embrace the tenseness/awkwardness.
