I'm in a 5-month relationship and my girl is constantly being asked by her single friends to go clubbing with her. She's also constantly getting hit on by handsome dudes. She has single friends that are hit on by guys...and she meets them too. We both live in a large urban city and there's a ton of daygamer PUAs strolling the streets every day.

She tells me, "Oh - I didn't give him my number" or "Oh, I didn't go clubbing when they asked me" - and to an extent I trust her, but there's always going to be that little shadow of doubt regardless whatever I force myself to think. I hate being paranoid and worrying- and I know this does me no good because this is something I'm going to have to put up with daily.

I'm really being put to the test here, but haven't let my cool down just yet.

How do you maintain your poise and composure in these situations? What's the "alpha" behaviour here?
