First of all. It's normal to not get texted back. It's more common than getting texted back. It happens to everyone. Texting is hard because you it's difficult to show your confidence and good mood through text. It's better to interact live.

Use text only when necessary. Try to pick a girl on the first interaction. That's appropriate for parties, bars and clubs. If you are not in one of those enviroments, try to take her to a date right away. Like a coffee for just 10 minutes. After that, she will react a lot better to your texting later on, and you can use the opportunity to set another date.

Second of all. Investing in girls can really be mentally exausting. Especially if you are an introvert. Just give yourself some time and you will get the energy to try again. In the meantime, try to figure out what you can possibly be doing wrong.

Stop focusing on getting numbers. Take a step back and focus on having solid interactions. Don't approach women as "targets" or just another approach. Try to pick out girls you genuinely feel interested to meet and/or are very attracted to, be less mechanical about it and work towards having a genuine real connection with the girls you talk to. See them as humans just like you.. because they are lol. If it feels like there is something there then get her number and move things forward from there.
