It causes a good first impression, but what you say and how you say it matters as well. If you are good looking, yet you are socially awkward people will have no interest in you.

It just makes things 100 times easier since everything you do goes through a filter of you being hot! For example, an ugly guy being quiet is 'creepy', but a good looking guy being quiet is 'myseterious and sexy'. You have a hell of a lot of room-for-error if you have model good looks. You'd need to be VERY socially unskilled to mess up.

I know a guy with male model good looks, and even though he isn't socially awkward, he IS as boring as hell and doesn't really have any sense of humour, but he does very well with girls indeed (AND he doesn't even approach!! Grrr)

Not really. It comes down to the girl, but most hot girls are accustomed to seeing good looking dudes. You have more room to "fuck up" than someone not good looking, and often get more signals to approach than most other guys. If you're a social moron, however, it won't make much of a difference.

So take your advantages and build on them. I've seen more good looking guys use it as an excuse to explain their difficulty than the opposite. It's weird.

Handsome ripped guys are not struggling because girls are intimidated or think they're stuck up. If a girl tells you she won't date a handsome ripped guy for those reasons, she's either ugly and beneath their league or lying. Imagine turning a video game to easy mode. It's like that. You still have to play, it's just less difficult. The good news is you can still win the game on hard mode, but only if you persist.
