Hi guys,

Long time lurker, been reading and applying techniques/theories/whatever from Seddit for about three years now. It's been a long journey - still learning - but I've gone through and experienced pretty much all the trials: getting approach anxiety, getting over approach anxiety, getting my first number, losing my virginity, getting my first girlfriend, falling in love, getting my heart broken, a slut phase...etc, the list goes on.

What I've been struggling with though, is internalizing all the inner game taught here. By internalizing I mean having it be second nature.

For example: having a date go well, only to have the girl ghost on you the next week.

The response here would be to next the chick and move on. For me at least, I have a tendency to over-think things. I catch myself thinking about what I did wrong, thinking about things she's said - it's a terrible habit that I've developed.

It's probably part sociopath to not feel anything, but its like I have to constantly remind myself what the "right" thing to do is - fighting every inch of what my body and mind is actually feeling. After 3 years, shouldn't this be easier? How do you develop good habits with inner game?

There are tons more examples that I'm too lazy to type out, but hopefully this all makes sense.

Thanks.
