Very sage advice. These seem deceivingly simple at first glance. But I think you're right, once one gets these core element of self-improvement down pat, seduction, as well as other areas of one's life, will follow. It's nice to be reminded of the simplicity of a task that seems daunting and insurmountable at times. Big ups, friend!

I also have benefited from reading philosophy and meditating
100% agree with these two things. Adopting a philosophy (for me, it's stoicism) has helped my life tremendously. I used to be a guy who thought happiness could be bought in a store. Always needed the latest electronics, toys, wanted a nice car, nice designer clothes. The more stuff I accumulated, the less and less fulfilled I felt, and eventually, I spent most of my days worrying about the day I lost my job and could no longer afford my things. Becoming a stoic showed me how to truly appreciate what I have, and it's stopped that endless drive for buying shit that I don't need.
As for meditation, it's made an even bigger difference in my life, though I've only started doing it recently. It's really showing me how I respond to my emotions, and how they have been driving my life in a negative direction. I'm starting to dig my way out of being trapped in my head, breaking down that wall of my ego and all this bullshit negative self-talk, and starting to live my life as the real me for the first time. It literally feels like being reborn as another person.

Much like you, I also embraced the philosophy of stoicism. Stoicism, along with three years studying interpersonal communication, helped me come to these conclusions about dating.

Any resources you would recommend?

Letters of a Stoic and the classic Meditations by Marcus Aurelius are the direct sources to the material. I also suggest both The Obstacle is the Way and Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday.
As far as how to meditate, just practice everyday for 5-10 minutes. Hope this helps!

"Much like Gaul, this advice is divided into three parts." That gave me flashbacks to AP Latin...

Great advice, short and to the point. When it comes to dressing the most important thing isn't what brand you wear but how the clothes fit. If you have the right fit, regardless of your body type, it'll make you look fashionable and attractive.

A sound mind in a sound body. That's how the ancient greeks lived.

The most unattractive thing you can do when you're losing your hair is project the fact that you're self-conscious about it. If it bothers you, it will show, and women will pick up on this.
Hair loss is super common in men, and yeah it might be a deal-breaker to some women, the vast majority won't give a shit. Realize that you might have dozens of things that are deal-breakers to some women. Who cares. You can't change that. For every woman who rejects you because of your hair, there will be a hundred who won't.
