I've been talking to this one chick I used to work with pretty consistently for the last month and a bit since she's been single, and I gotta say we always have good conversations when we do talk, but her response times vary from relatively quickly to 2-3 days later, which I understand since she's got a busy life and I'm not much more than a friend right now. However, I know she's hooked up with at least a couple of guys since early October which was a little after she broke up with her ex, and I just don't know if she's currently seeing someone which is holding me back, but a few weeks ago she mentioned she wasn't looking for anything serious.

I've been thinking long and hard about asking her out, I just hate having to do that over text and would much rather do that in person, but the only time that could happen is if I see her at the gym since we go to the same one. I've almost never had confidence or game when it comes to women either, and only since just a few years ago have I actually tried starting conversations with them. Would appreciate any advice.
