Ok, so I'm really trying to build up my confidence to start approaching women in public during the daytime. This virus shit is crazy and people aren't really into having chats with strangers but I still would like to be ready for when it does blow over.

For example, I'm trying to make eye contact with pretty girls as I walk by and not break it, giving head nods or even saying hello, but I'm still struggling to cross the boundary of actually starting a conversation. I'll see a girl walking the other way at the grocery store and make eye contact and then wuss out. My greatest fear is being the creepy guy stalking women at the store!!!

How do I approach in a more natural way? I don't want to start following these women around the store. Do you wait until they stop and then stop next to them? Do you stop in front of them, blocking their cart? (sounds fucking insane) Do you walk up along side them and start chatting? Do you approach a women with others or only solo women? What's the most natural way to approach a girl at the supermarket?
