Mind you guys, I've never actually been in a serious relationship with a girl. I met a girl about 2 months ago and we've been seeing each other since (we've met up 4 or 5 times now). In all honesty, she is absolutely adorable, charming, and a total sweetheart. I really like this girl, and things have been going well between us. It's getting to the point where we could very well be "official" fairly soon. I'm not seeing anyone else, and as far as I'm aware, she isn't either. All this being said, I really do like this girl a lot, she is a total joy to be around. But I find myself overthinking a lot of the small things as of late. The frame I'm holding around her, how I come across, whether or not certain things I say / ask will make me come off as "weak" or not. For example, last night she was teasing me about how she thinks I found a super cute, charming girl (referring to herself) that I really like and need to secure before another guy comes and swoops her up. I was thinking "yeah, you're absolutely right", but wasn't sure what to say, didn't want to come off as supplicating / weak. I think part of my issue is reading too much of this stuff before I started seeing her.

Anyhow, it's the little things like that I keep overthinking. I don't want my feelings to interfere with how I carry myself in a negative way. I find myself wanted to tell her I really do like her, but am worried that comes off as weak. Well, I find myself wanting to say / do a lot of things that I worry come off as weak. All these things revolve around in me showing affection for her and stating my interest. So, what's the best way to quit overthinking all this? I'm seeing her tonight, so I'll gladly take any advice!
