I was reading "Models" by Mark Manson and the lesson of vulnerability came up. Basically, about learning to truly accept yourself, being authentic and holding yourself to your values. In a way, having some sort of "outcome independence" , having self esteem and not caring about others opinions over yourself

However, certain aspects of seduction/game is about how you can be more attractive. E.g exercise, hygiene, posture and especially social interactions. I find it a bit hard to confuse being my "true sense of self" compared to being a man "who attracts"

I find myself wanting to be vulnerable but usually find myself overthinking on my own perception of self/and how i should be.
