Honestly, you don't have to look as slutty/hot as people here suggest.

That might make men horny, but hey will soon forget about you. The seduction (and making people obsess about you) is a little more complicated.

It all boils down to these main steps: . - attention - this is what you get with your looks and a little bit of body language (eye contact, look in your eyes - those innocent little puppy eyes that make men feel confident and dominant, body positioning - occasionally leaning in and opening your body towards them, hand movements and legs positioning) . - attraction - this is where people get interested beyond superficial things like looks - general banter, active and non judgemental listening, light touch on nonsexual parts of the body like shoulders or forearms, light topics to discuss - nothing emotionally heavy, the goal is to establish fun and safe settings that feels good to be in . - rapport - this is where you get emotional connection and get people to open to you - you move to a more isolated area and get to know each other better, more deeper and emotional topics, alternate with lighter and more fun topics - switch them up and down, deep-light-deep-light and so on, until you get to Erotic and sexual topics. Then it's time to move on into seduction . - seduction - this is the arousing part that leads to passion and sex - once again seductive eyes, light touch - this time more Erotic places like chest (if you touch guys), back, hips, thighs and so on, lower voice, closer physical proximity, long looks into eyes (cute puppy eys with dilated pupils are natural signal of arousement, you can fake it by getting into darker areas so your pupils have to dilate for you to see), open body language

I've used this for years and I always got results. With girls, with coworkers, bosses, clients.. Of course I exchange the seduction part for a "sales" part and I change my body language and topics of discussion based on the situation. You'd be surprised how much sales and marketing are close to "seduction".

If you are a woman (assuming, since we don't know much about you), you have half the battle won.

Now...

Talk to the guy. It is pretty easy. Ask him things about his life, work, hobbies. If you show interest he will follow your lead and he will also realize that you are open and sociable.
