Meet up, eat good food, drink, have fun conversations, use your imagination to create sexual scenarios in her head without being attached to the outcome, and break the touch barrier early.

Stop getting crushes. Be attractive to and date multiple women while invest in your life. There's so many women to crush on that when you talk to a lot of them having a crush makes no sense.

Don’t force things. Let them develop naturally with flow. Find things you both enjoy through conversation and keep mental notes about those things for future activities/dates. She will be more than pleased that you LISTENED to her and remembered what her thoughts and feelings were. It will help you to build trust and bond and thus to escalate to a higher level of interaction and commonality.
