This is deeply personal, but whatever, I'll answer. In no particular order:

Clear your schedule, it's gonna be a long night.
Have lube, toys (rope? handcuffs? dirty dice? dildo?), washclothes/water, and lots of condoms ready.
Spend a nice 15-20 minutes on foreplay.
Get the ladies nice and warmed up before going into ONE of them. Being on bottom helps for the first girl, because then you can still kind of pay attention to the second while the first kind of does her thing.
Let her finish, but don't let yourself finish - you still have another lady to please. Totally cool to withdraw for a bit to use your hands and mouth again if you feel like you're gonna bust early.
You can't be fucking two girls at the same time with one dick, so when you switch, you switch condoms. Easy peasy.
Even if you didn't finish, sometimes you need help getting up after finishing off the first girl. Good news for you! There's two ladies there to help you, one of whom was waiting in line for her turn.
Don't be too worried about getting both of them to finish. Not all women finish easily, even in exciting circumstances. Just do your best, pay attention to both of them, and do your thing.

On the other hand, if it's MMF, you get to tag team with your bro, and have hilarious fun. Much less pressure, and it's a great story for people later. Most people would never dare because they're the kind of simps who get worried that someone might think they're kind of gay. Whatever.

I've done both MFF and MMF (clarification: didn't cross swords or do anything more than give my buddy a high five and crack jokes), and they're both fun in their own way. MFF is awesome (and I have way more experience in these because it's easier to find girls who are into it than it is to find guys who are cool with tagging the same girl as you at the same time), but realize that it IS definitely a lot more work.
